Came here for 4 nights with my family members, had a lovely stay. The location could n't be more good close to everything. And I were near to one local restaurant, centre of old town and both within easy reach.
Didn't like the area, it was really loud.

Spacious and comfortable studio apartment, perfect for families
Great location within walking distance of popular attractions and restaurants. Very helpful and attentive staff, easy communication via WhatsApp. - Clean rooms and comfortable beds. - Convenient parking option available. - Fast access to other cities like Florence and Venice by car
Some apartments had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, but the staff provided deodorants to help with the odor. Noise from other guests could be slightly bothersome due to tile hallways

We had a fantastic stay at Adriano Residence. The location was excellent, with only a short walk to the center of the old town. We found a great restaurant just 200 yards down the street and a lovely little café for breakfast only 100 yards away. The bus stop right outside the residence made it convenient for us to reach the Trade fair. The quiet location also ensured a peaceful night's sleep throughout our stay.

The modern and functional interiors with "industrial" structural elements gave the hotel a unique touch. It felt like stepping into a movie set, with a magical cinematic atmosphere surrounding the apartments. The apartments, each named after a famous movie star, added a fun and personalized touch to the stay. It made me instantly feel at home, as if I was living the life of a celebrity. The location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. Within walking distance, I could explore the traditional restaurants and nightlife of Via del Pratello, visit the magnificent Piazza San Francesco and its gothic cathedral, or catch a local basketball match at the Palasport.
One minor issue was the smell of cigarette smoke in the apartments located in Piazza Maggiore. Although the host provided deodorants to mask the smell, it would be better to prohibit smoking on the terrace altogether.

our stay at the center of Bologna was simply amazing, thanks to the friendly staff, convenient passcode entry, and thoughtful gestures like providing coffee even for non-drinkers.
Missing "beware of step" sign on the door.
